Salem Grand Plaza
Salem Grand Plaza is a landmark 10-story mixed-use tower — our most ambitious project to date. Featuring 120 luxury apartments on the upper floors, a 4-floor commercial mall at the base, and a rooftop sky lounge with panoramic views of Salem city.
The entire structure was built using our premium interlocking bricks for the facade, reinforced with high-grade cement bricks internally. The project employed over 350 skilled workers and was completed 2 months ahead of schedule.
